Data collection on our website

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This website does not use cookies for analysis or marketing purposes.

When using the payment function you are redirected to PayPal. PayPal’s privacy policy applies. From PayPal we only receive the information necessary to process the order (e.g. payment status), but no detailed financial data such as your credit card number or bank details.

Server log files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are typically:

Helping anonymously (optional usage statistics)

On our website you can voluntarily help us improve our offering. If you agree to the "Help anonymously" notice, we store anonymous, non-personal information: which page was visited, which location you were interested in, and whether a hint was shown during the game. We do not store an IP address, no cookie ID to recognise you across multiple visits, and no other personal data – it is not possible to identify you from this.

This processing is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Sec. 25 German TTDSG). You can change your decision at any time via the "Privacy settings" link in the footer. If you decline or make no choice, nothing is stored. Carrying out your booked game (booking, game progress, certificate) is not affected by this decision and continues independently to fulfil our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The anonymous statistics data is automatically deleted after 14 months at the latest.
